We are Chris + Suze, a couple originally from South East England. We’re in our early 30s and have been together since 2011.

🐶🏡 In 2018 we began living on the road, pet sitting and house sitting full time to travel and spend time with animals. We travel all over the UK and have now completed over 100 house sits! We care for all kinds of pets, from dogs and cats to alpacas and goats, and in 2021 we launched our own pet sitting business!

🚐⛰️ In 2022 we bought a van! It’s been our dream to have a little home on wheels since we started pet sitting so we could balance pet sits and van living, and we finally made it a reality! Our tiny home is a VW Transporter with a fixed high roof. It’s small enough to easily get around the UK, but big enough that we can stand up inside and store all our belongings!

🇬🇧🥾 We love hiking and being in the countryside. We’ve hiked the horseshoe ridge at Pen Y Fan, bagged trig points in the Lake District, and walked the Hadrian’s Wall Path coast to coast! We enjoy finding new places to explore, and we’re lifetime National Trust members so we visit lots of gardens and properties and share our favourites on our blog.

📝👥 Speaking of the blog – this is where you’ll find all our posts talking about pet sitting, van life and travel! We’re also on Instagram and Facebook, which we started at the beginning of our travels to share our experiences. Our blog came a few years later and is an extension of our social media posts. On our blog we share our favourite walks, places to visit, reviews, pet sitting advice, AND some kooky travel experiences we’ve had – like riding the world’s fastest zipline, visiting a dog festival, and sleeping in an off-grid cabin in the woods!
