    Fuji XT5 camera

For our main camera we use Fuji’s XT2 – we absolutely love the colours that Fuji cameras produce! This updated version, the XT5, is small and compact but can still produce fantastic photos.

    Fuji 10-24mm lens

This is the lens we carry for landscape photography while travelling all over the UK and beyond! It’s the widest lens we own, meaning we can fit more of a breathtaking scene in the frame.

    Fuji 16mm lens

This prime wide angle lens is great for shots where we need more space in the frame – from landscapes on our travels to group shots of us with a pack of dogs at a house sit! It also doubles up as a high quality selfie lens.

    Fuji 33mm lens

This is the perfect travel lens for everyday use – it comes with us everywhere we go!

    Fuji 56mm lens

This 56mm lens is best for shooting portraits. If you’ve seen our wide and varied range of dog portraits on our social media and blog, you will have seen this lens in action!

    Fuji 50-140mm lens

We mainly use this zoom lens to snap photos of dogs when they’re running around a large area. This lens gets us closer to the action so we can get a good shot – no matter how far away our pooch goes!

    DJI Mini 3 Pro drone

The DJI drone we invested in back in 2017 is no longer for sale, but if we were to buy a new one this updated version would be the one we’d choose! DJI are the leading drone manufacturer and their drones are fantastic – they are incredibly easy to fly so we can take wonderful travel photographs and videos from the air!

    Peak design sling camera bag

This small shoulder bag is the one we choose when we want to carry a reduced amount of gear, for example when we’re out exploring new places! Peak Design products are always of the highest quality and made to last. The 6L sling is small enough to not get in the way when we’re walking, but can easily fit our camera and 2-3 lenses inside.

    Peak design capture clip

An essential tool for all outdoor and travel photographers. The camera clip attaches to a backpack strap so you can easily grab your camera from the quick release plate. This allows us to always have our camera out and ready when we need it, without having to unpack and repack our gear each time.

    Peak design tripod

We love the Peak Design Travel Tripod – it’s the perfect size to carry with us on walks and store away easily in our van. It’s small, but sturdy and as with all Peak Design gear, it’s built to last. It’s by no means the cheapest tripod out there, but it’s worth every penny!

    Insta360 GO 2

We LOVE this tiny portable camera! We attach it to ourselves using the accompanying magnetic necklace when we timelapse hikes, and it can fit on a dog harness to capture live dog cam footage of our walkies! A must-have for travellers, for a unique way to capture every adventure from your perspective!

    Joby tripod with clicker

For quick portraits of us together, without having to unpack our camera gear, we clip one of our phones into this handy pocket-sized tripod. The clicker connects to your phone via Bluetooth so you don’t have to run back and forth setting up timers! The tripod is easily adjustable and magnetic feet mean you can set it up anywhere – around a tree, on a fence, once we even hung ours from a chandelier!

    Portable SSD

We store all our photos on these SSD drives and *touch wood* they have never failed. SSD drives are robust and less prone to failing when knocked or dropped, which is a key advantage over normal hard drives when you’re travelling. These Samsung drives are quick and high quality.

    SD card

We take so many photographs… It’s actually unbelievable how many we take! These SD cards keep the images safe until we can transfer them onto our SSD drives. It’s worth having a few to avoid arriving at a perfect photo opportunity only to discover you have a full memory card!

    Padded camera bag

To prevent our camera gear from getting damaged, we use this padded camera cube to store it all while we’re driving in the van. The cube’s soft interior keeps everything in place with adjustable compartments. It’s easy to take out the gear when needed, and the handle means it can be used to carry everything securely without the need for a dedicated camera backpack.

    USB-C Hub

Now that all devices have different connections this hub is a must-have! It has multiple USB ports, an SD card reader and HDMI ports all in one device. We connect it to our laptops and then plug all our devices into the hub.
